We have collaborated with multiple local suppliers, who all share our ethos, providing only natural, sustainable, and ethical products. An immense amount of research has gone into these new collaborations, we took months planning and finalising every little detail. Marlborough, Lacock, and Bath are just a few examples of where the fantastic businesses we are collaborating with are based, providing exceptional quality, detail and thought into all of their products.
Our Spa & Wellness Shop is also doggie friendly, so feel free to bring in your four-legged bundles of joy in whilst you have a browse of all the wonderful things we have to offer.
Take a look at the fantastic new suppliers we are now working with:
Bullfrog – Based in Bath, founded by Jon Brown in 2020, this family run business is driven by hard work, honesty, and making the world a better place. Bullfrog is an eco-driven water bottle and yoga brand, who strive for a sustainable future where high-quality, reusable products are championed. By having this ethos, they strive to help deliver a cleaner, more sustainable world for generations to come.
LuLu’s Gifts – Based in Somerset, LuLu’s gifts is a small business owned by Lucy who has a passion for crafts. She loves to knit, sew, make cards etc and finally decided to turn her hobby into a business. Following her own personal challenging IVF journey, she makes items to help other women with a similar story to cope with their journeys and aims to continue to help spread positivity.
OLIV – Based in the beautiful village of Lacock, Wiltshire, OLIV is a small home grown business which was founded in 2020 by husband and wife Oliver and Olivia. Starting off at their kitchen table during lockdown, they found comfort in making candles, this hobby has now grown into a booming business. The name OLIV is a combination of their names in a token of gratitude for everything they do for one another and the joint effort they put in to making OLIV what it is today. They stock hand poured soy wax candles, wax melts and reed diffusers and are proud to be doing their part for the environment. Using sustainably sourced and vegan soy wax, their candles give a clean burn with no toxins being released, and all packaging and products are recyclable.
Conscious Skincare – Based in Wales, Conscious Skincare is an award-winning business whose philosophy is to make natural and organic skincare with a clean conscience. Rebecca, the founder, started the business in 2010 after suffering a great deal herself with her skin, and she hadn’t found anything that would help, so decided to start making products herself. Rebecca focuses her attention on the ingredients used and the modern toxic world that surrounds us, and has produced high quality, vegan, organic skincare. Everything is made in house with eco-friendly packaging, and ensures everything is cruelty free, certified by PETA and Cruelty Free International.
Elytrum – Lenka, the founder, wanted to improve her overall physical and emotional wellbeing, and eventually created Elytrum. Elytrum’s mission is to encourage routines and rituals to aid health and well-being. They want to ensure that their products are as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible, so use natural plant fibres and material to create their brushes. All brushes are handmade in Sri Lanka, by a company that employs underprivileged women, who are treated fairly, with respect, are safe and never discriminated against.
Green People – Following creating her own products due to her then toddler battling multiple skin allergies and eczema, Charlotte Vohtz founded Green People in 1997 as part of her quest to help others embrace a truly organic lifestyle, which in turn developed into helping create the first standards for organic beauty. Forever at the forefront of botanical innovations and plant-friendly packaging, Green People continue to grow year after year. Their breakthrough organic beauty products blend science with nature so that you can care for your skin without compromising your ethics. In 2021, Charlotte’s daughter Alexandra launched her own wellbeing collection in collaboration with Green People following many years of health problems, suffering from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and wanted to help support others with their physical and mental wellbeing. Sadly, shortly after the launch, Alexandra passed away at only 28 years old, now determined as ever to help others, Charlotte is committed to raising money for The Ehlers Danlos Support UK, in Alexandra’s memory through Green People. Forever a family business, Green People remain committed to their ethos of being natural, sustainable, cruelty free, and beneficial to everyone who uses their products.
Temple of Incense – The Temple of Incense story began in 2012, on a little market stall on Portobello Road, when two sisters from London – Simi and Sam Aydee – set out to bring the best in world-class incense. They make the kind of incense that’s real luxury, all products are handmade with consciousness and positive intention. Their ingredients (vegan and cruelty-free) are found locally where possible, and also in different corners of the world to bring you nothing short of excellence.
Ubiety – Ubiety is a vegan, UK made, natural body care range which generates income for their founder charity (and locally based) Dorothy House, providing exceptional end of life care in the community. Created and inspired by the blends and base oils for use in Dorothy House in-house therapies, with an understanding of the power of natural ingredients to encourage mindfulness and relaxation as part of Dorothy House’s holistic care practice, these products have been highly researched, developed and support a hugely worthwhile cause. All profits made from Ubiety go towards the exceptionally important work carried out by Dorothy House Hospice Care.
Norfolk Essential Oils – Norfolk Essential Oils owns and runs its own purpose built steam distillation plant at Pates Farm Tipsend, Welney, allowing for full commercial production to be English grown and distilled. Each grower has a proportion of their farm cropping Aromatic Herbs. This ensures the kind of attention to detail that these specialist crops require. Their policy is to offer pure and natural products grown and distilled by the farmer members of Norfolk Essential Oils (NEO).
And of course, we are also stocking the products of our two long standing suppliers who everyone, both staff and clients, have come to adore.
Natural Spa Factory – Based in Bath Natural Spa Factory was started by husband-and-wife team, Jeremy, and Emma in 2009, originally from their garage, supplying independent businesses with natural and authentic products. They use botanically sourced ingredients derived by nature like herbs, plants and flowers and try to avoid as many nasties as possible.
All products are free from SLS, MI (Methylisothiazolinone) or MCI and are not tested on animals. All products are made in small batches to keep them in their best condition and are all made either here in the UK or France. The gender-neutral packaging is minimal and recyclable where possible.
We have been using Natural Spa Factory’s products since we first opened our doors in 2018, and have a fantastic working relationship with them, and meet regularly with our product manager, Emma.
Botanicals – When owner, Wendy Stirling’s daughter suffered a nasty skin reaction from a ‘natural’ shampoo, it prompted her to start researching natural skincare ingredients. She soon realised that there was only one way to ensure 100% purity, safety and sustainability which was to be guided by the strictest principles of the Soil Association.
From being one of the first ever brands to be certified by the Soil Association, Botanicals is today still one of only a few brands to be 100% certified. In other words, every single Botanicals product has passed the Soil Association’s strict organic and sustainability reviews thus ensuring their quality, integrity, and transparency.
All of their products are a combination of active botanicals such as natural oils and butters and natural minerals such as salts and clays combined with selected, Soil Association approved natural cosmetic ingredients such as natural occurring preservatives.
Based is Leicestershire, Botanicals is a family run business focused on family values, they are committed to helping people to care for themselves and those around them using the power of nature. All products are hand crafted from the kitchen in the Botanicals Lodge.
Being guided by the strict criteria of the Soil Association has ensured that they make the most sustainable, planet protecting decisions, from their ingredients and packaging selection through to their manufacturing processes.
Each product is carefully blended and filled by hand by one of their expert team. This small-scale production means that they have complete control over production ensuring the quality, potency, and freshness of our products. It also helps us to control the costs in order to keep product prices affordable and accessible
